Explore Little One Story

My name is Neelima and I am a passionate early childhood educator. I am currently a Nursery Head Teacher and Center Assistant Center Manager for a well known company in New Zealand. 

I have a strong passion for working with infants and toddlers.

Working in the Nursery, I started to realise that there are still misconceptions of who we are as ece educators and the core education we provide for our wee ones to grow into competent and confident learners. I will talk more about this on my blog posts in the future.

I started Explore Little One as a medium to create an awareness of heuristic and loose parts play and also to provide you with resources that can be used at home, which typically would be used at a preschool center. It also helps stimulate little ones brains by prompting their own working theories of the world.

I also have limited availability on learning resources which is sourced from local talented artists. These resources can be used at home by parents/families to support growing minds.
